Genda Partners with Andres Construction Services

Genda has recently partnered with Andres Construction Services to improve workers safety and site efficiency during COVID-19. Genda‘s technology will help improve Andres Construction Services‘ awareness, help managers avoid disruptions, decrease delays, and increase overall productivity.

Genda‘s future projects include the East Quater Meletio Tower and the UTD Northside Phase 4.
The East Quater Meletio tower, scheduled to open in mid-2021, will include 200,000 sq feet of office space, 25,000 sq feet of retail space, and 336 luxury apartment units. The UTD Northside, scheduled to open in July 2021, will include 387 units and 675 beds.
